I was rear ended and asked my reputable mechanic who the recommended. I was sent here and I am so so happy with the results. I waited a couple of weeks for parts to come in but my car was drivable so I didn't mind. I was given a loaner while the work was being done. When Doug contacted me, I dropped my car off on Friday and just got it back now. It looks amazing!!! I dropped my rav off dirty as hell and they even washed the outside and vacuumed the inside for me which I wasn't expecting. It was by far the least stressful icbc claim I've ever experienced. I will always recommend them for any body work. They're called perfections for a reason and they were well worth the wait. Thanks so much.

*I only have a post fix picture, we all know what a torn bumper and broken headlamp look like...* Every other business else was booked up for months and treated me as if it wasn't an urgency in my life to get this fixed. I called up Doug and got a friendly, no guff demeanor from our first interaction. Within two weeks his team had my parts installed! They even zip-tied my licence plate back the way I like it (no holes in my grill) and my peek-a-boo cube lights behind my grill (those holes are ok). SHE WAS SO CLEAN 6/5 stars I can't wait for the next time someone backs into me in too much of a hurry, so's I can call up Doug for another repair! <3

I brought my car in to Perfections to get a large scratch repaired. I dealt with Doug the whole time. Doug was the friendliest and most professional auto services pro I've ever dealt with. The whole process was smooth and my car was repaired perfectly. Not only that, both the outside and inside of the car were thoroughly cleaned before being handed back to me. I highly recommend this company
